No pan needed, self-standing, but most bakers use a supporting cookie sheet. Grease and temperature resistant from -40° to 450°F. Usable with conventional ovens, microwave ovens, and freezers. No greasing, no glazing, no washing. Bake for same amount of time but can reduce heat by 10%.
