Mrs. Anderson's Baking Floral Scroll Mini Embossing Rolling Pin stamps a high level of detail on dough and fondant in a single easy roll to make decorative cookies, pie crusts, and cakes. Ideal for home bakers and pastry chefs, the deeply etched design imprints spectacular detail into the top of rolled dough and fondant. Ball bearings inside the cylinder roll it smoothly, every time.
For best results, use an embossed cookie recipe for a dough that won't spread or lose its design during the baking process. Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. Roll out chilled dough with a traditional rolling pin, lightly dust its surface with flour to keep it from sticking, then roll the embossed mini rolling pin across the surface once, but with a firm, even pressure. Cut the cookies and bake them according to the recipe. Made from poplar wood and chrome-plated iron.
